Dans un contexte d\u2019emploi, le harc\u00e8lement est tout comportement gravement inappropri\u00e9 qui affecte les personnes au travail. Au travail, c\u2019est \u00e0 la fois un lieu de travail et des activit\u00e9s professionnelles. Le travail <em>devrait<\/em> \u00eatre un lieu exempt de harc\u00e8lement, de repr\u00e9sailles et de violence pour tous. Il comprend des actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles, des commentaires et\/ou des affichages qui agressent, minimisent ou causent toute humiliation ou embarras, et\/ou tout acte d\u2019intimidation ou de menace. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Le harc\u00e8lement est souvent une s\u00e9rie d\u2019incidents, que ce soit par un groupe ou un individu, mais peut aussi \u00eatre un incident grave. Le harc\u00e8lement peut \u00eatre de nature psychologique, verbale, physique ou sexuelle, ou toute combinaison des deux. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span> <\/span><span>Bien que les faits varient et que le harc\u00e8lement doive \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9 au cas par cas, ce qu\u2019il faut retenir de base est le suivant : tous les employ\u00e9s ont droit \u00e0 un milieu de travail exempt de harc\u00e8lement et de violence.
